These Terms and Conditions govern your use of BD299 — including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and gameplay. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

One Account Per Player

2 Account Rules & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your BD299 account. This includes keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with any other person. BD299 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

  • You must notify BD299 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether or not you authorised it, unless you have reported a security breach to BD299 in advance.
  • BD299 accounts are for personal use only. You may not use your account for commercial purposes, on behalf of a third party, or as part of any organised betting syndicate.
  • You must keep your registered contact details — including your mobile number and email address — current and accurate. BD299 uses these details to communicate important account information.
  • You must not attempt to access another player's account or interfere with any other player's use of the platform.

BD299 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any account at any time. During a security review, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the review is complete. BD299 will communicate the outcome of any review to the account holder directly.

3 Deposits & Payment Methods

BD299 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash and Nagad. These are the only accepted payment methods. BD299 does not accept cash deposits, bank wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method not listed here.

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though BD299 may apply limits to individual accounts based on account history or verification status.
  • Deposits must be made from a bKash or Nagad account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the BD299 account holder — are not permitted.
  • Deposits are credited to your BD299 account within 30 seconds under normal conditions. If a deposit is not credited within 10 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
  • BD299 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction fees — check with bKash or Nagad directly for their current fee schedule.
  • Deposits made in error — for example, to the wrong account number — should be reported to support immediately. BD299 will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee recovery of misdirected payments.

4 Withdrawals & Payout Policy

Withdrawals from BD299 are processed to the same bKash or Nagad account used for your most recent deposit. BD299 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment accounts not previously used for deposits on your account.

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
  • Withdrawals are typically processed within three minutes of the request being submitted. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
  • Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. You will be asked to provide a copy of your national ID and a selfie. This is a one-time requirement.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus funds — after wagering requirements have been met — are eligible for withdrawal.

  • BD299 does not charge withdrawal fees. Your mobile banking provider's standard transfer fees may apply.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

BD299 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the Offers / Promotions page, as well as the general bonus rules set out here. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

  • The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. It cannot be claimed more than once, regardless of whether a new account is created.
  • All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The welcome bonus requires 20x wagering of the bonus amount before withdrawal. Other promotions carry their own requirements as stated on the promotion page.
  • Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be removed from your account.

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Suspension & Closure

BD299 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is a reasonable basis to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

  • If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified by email or live chat. BD299 aims to complete investigations within 72 hours.
  • If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of bonus funds and voided winnings will be returned to your registered payment method within 14 business days, unless the closure is related to fraud or illegal activity.
  • You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting BD299 support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.
  • Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — cannot be reopened during the exclusion period. BD299 will not accept requests to reopen self-excluded accounts before the exclusion period ends.
